Just spent a bit of time resurrecting a defunct project on Sourceforge, containing some neural and immuno algorithms, after somebody wanted to use it withing my python-weka-wrapper tool:

The project was tailored to Weka 3.6.4 and hadn’t been maintained for a number of years. Therefore, I quickly turned it into a Weka package project on github. After making it work with 3.7.13 and later, it is now available again for general consumption:

NB: No real testing has been performed. Too many other things to work on at the moment. 😉
